Radio interference
While operating, this microwave is susceptible to creating interference with radios,
televisions and other similar appliances.
Interference can be reduced or removed in different ways:
1.
Clean the door and the microwave's air-tight surfaces.
2.
Re-direct the aerial on your radio or television.
3.
Reposition your oven in relation to the receiver.
4.
Move the microwave further away from the receiver.
5.
Plug the oven into another socket such that it is plugged into a separate circuit to
that of the receiver.
Principles of cooking in a microwave
1.
Carefully place food in the microwave with the thickest parts nearest the edges of
the plate.
2.
Follow the cooking time indicated. Set the shortest cooking time indicated and
then extend if necessary. An overcooked food item can be susceptible to causing
smoke or even catching fire.
3.
Food items must be covered to avoid splashing and to guarantee uniform cooking.
4.
To speed up the cooking time, turn food items such as chicken or hamburgers over.
Large sized foods (roasting joints etc.) must be turned at least once during cooking.
5.
In the middle of cooking, turn the food over and move from the inside of the plate
to the outside and vice versa for food types such as meatballs.
