You will need:

Attach Front Rail (P4) to Right Leg (P2) and Left Leg (P3) with 
2 x Long Screws (H2) using allen key provided. Do not tighten.

Attach Seat (P5) with 4 x Self-tapping Screws (H2) using Phillips head screwdriver. 
Carefully position seat as shown. Note: there are no pre-drilled holes in the seat.
