You will need
4 x Cam bolt
(H1)
4 x Cam nut
(H2)
4 x Dowel

Step 6
Attach each 2 x cam bolts (H1) and 2 x dowels (H3) on to panel (P4 + P5).
Insert cam nuts on to large shelf (P7), rotate the cam nut, so the arrow is
pointing towards the incomming cam bolts. Attach shelf (P7) to side panel
(P4 + P5) by tightening the cam nut clockwise.

This is how a cam nut works........
The head of the cam
bolt goes into the
open mouth of the
cam nut. You then turn
the cam nut so it
tightens over the bolt.
