Insert 4 x Dowels (H1) into Side Panels (P2, P3).
Attach Bottom Panel (P4) to Side Panels (P2, P3) with 4 x Long Screws (H14).
Tighten screws using a Phillips head screwdriver.
Attach 2 x Front Wheels (H10) and 2 x Wheels (H11) to Bottom Panel (P4)
with 16 x Round Screws (H13) using a Phillips head screwdriver.
