EyeDaptor G9-G10 Instruction Manual
Mounting the SharpEye Lens M67 on the Canon G7/G9 Housing
1.
Please use the utmost care and do not use excessive force when assembling and
disassembling the different lens accessories, in order not cause any damage to the
products.
2.
It is recommended to first assemble the two adaptors together (the
EyeDaptor G10-
F67
and the
EyeDaptor G9-G10
) prior to attaching them to the SharpEye Lens.
3.
Place the
EyeDaptor G10-F67
on a flat and protected surface, so the side that
attaches to the housing lens port is facing up and the thread is facing down.
4.
Hold the
EyeDaptor G9-G10
so the two adaptor wings are on the top side of the
adaptor and the concaved part of the adaptor is facing up (see image #3).
5.
Insert the
EyeDaptor G9-G10
into the dedicated groove of the
EyeDaptor G10-F67
.
Note that the two screw holes on the
EyeDaptor G9-G10
wings should be perfectly
aligned with the two small screw holes on the
EyeDaptor G10-F67
.
6.
Insert the screws included into the dedicated screw holes on the two adaptor wings
and use the screwdriver included to tighten the screws into the
EyeDaptor G9-G10
and the
EyeDaptor G10-F67
(see image #4). Tighten the screws enough in order to
keep the
EyeDaptor G9-G10
fixed inside the
EyeDaptor G10-F67
, but don’t tighten it
too strongly, as this might cause damage to the products.
7.
Once the
EyeDaptor G9-10
has been installed inside the
EyeDaptor G10-F67
, the
SharpEye Lens M67
can be installed on the thread mount of the
EyeDaptor G10-F67
by screwing it in.
