must complete the on-line product registration form, by going to
www.equipmentprotection.com , and follow the link to Fantasea, where you can
complete the form and register your housing purchase. Failure to register the product
within 30 days of purchase will result in a shorter period of insurance coverage for
your housing. Also, you must keep the original sales receipt for your purchase,
which must be submitted in the event of a claim. included in the box, and send it
along with a photo copy of the bill of sale to Fantasea Products.
