7 Troubleshooting and Maintenance

7.1

Eurotherm 2404 Temperature Calibration

The basic calibration of the Eurotherm 2404 temperature controller is highly
stable and set for life. Rarely, it may be desired to offset the factory
calibration to set the controller to another reference standard, to suit the
characteristics of a particular installation, or to remove long term drift in the
factory set calibration.

Should re-calibration be desired, see the Eurotherm 2404 thermocouple
instruction manual for the detailed procedure.

7.2

Troubleshooting Tables

These tables are provided to assist in troubleshooting when a variety of
problems arise while operating the Cement Curing Autoclave. Included in the
tables are symptoms of the problem, possible causes of the problem, and
