GENERAL NOTICES
•
After removing the appliance from its packaging, make sure it is undamaged and, in case of doubt, do not use
and contact one of our authorized service centers. The packing materials (plastic bags, polystyrene, staples, etc.)
should not be left within the reach of children, since they are dangerous, but should be disposed of in accordance
with the law.
•
Before plugging in the appliance, make sure that the data on the plate (voltage, etc.) corresponds to your
electricity and that the electric socket is grounded.
•
This appliance is intended for home use only, for ventilating rooms, according to the method shown in this
manual: do not use it for any other purpose.
•
Do not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet.
•
Do not insert any tool, or your fingers, into the grille protecting the blades.
•
Do not use the device at room temperatures above 40 °C.
•
Do not leave the device exposed to the weather (sun, rain, etc.).
•
Do not pull on the cord to disconnect the plug from the socket.
•
Do not allow children, or irresponsible persons, to use the device without supervision
INSTALLATION
•
Place the appliance on a flat, stable horizontal surface.
•
To not place the appliance near sinks or other container of liquids (minimum distance of 2 meters) to avoid the
risk of it falling in.
•
Keep the fan far away from fabrics (curtains, etc.) or unstable materials that could obstruct the air intake grille;
make sure that the front is free of unstable materials (dust, etc.).
•
Make sure that the electric cord is not touching rough or hot surfaces and not twisted or wrapped around the
appliance.
USE
Your appliance has the following controls which are accessed by pressing the keypad on the control panel or on
the remote control. The remote control must be pointed towards the upper display after you have inserted the
batteries (open the rear cover and insert two “AAA,” taking care to observe their polarity. Close the cover). There is
a compartment in the back (near the handle).
Insert the plug in the wall outlet and proceed as follows:
Turn on the fan by pressing the On/Off key on the remote control or on the control panel.
1) Select the desired speed by repeatedly pressing the “
” key: an indicator will light on the display
corresponding to the speed selected:

= Minimum speed
2
= Medium speed
3
= Maximum speed
2) Oscillation (right - left): press the “
” key on the remote control or the push button panel. To stop oscillation,
press the “
” again (the indicator will go out).
Timer: this sets the operating time and the fan will automatically stop at the end.
