4. ASSEMBLY
WARNING : Before assembling your appliance, carefully read the safety instructions
in this manual.
1. Install the tube correctly into the hole in the center of the stand fan base then tighten the
screw and washer.
2. Loosen the tube locking nut to adjust the height of the extensible tube part and retighten
the nut.

. Position the motor block on the tube and tighten the body locking thumb screw to secure
the assembly.
4. Unscrew and remove the blade’s locking nut from the motor shaft by turning it clockwise.
Unscrew and remove the lock ring of the rear grill from the motor by rotating it
counterclockwise.
5. Place the rear grill on the motor shaft, then screw the lock ring of the rear grill by turning it
clockwise to fix the rear grill.
6. Place the blade on the motor shaft until it locks in place. Then tighten the blade’s locking
nut by turning it counterclockwise. Take care to tighten the nut properly. Check that the blade
rotates well by turning it manually.
7. Place the front grill on the rear grill (put the Fanelite logo horizontally) and assemble the
grills using the grills locking circle by tightening the nut and the screw. Take care to tighten
the screw properly for optimum safety.
5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING : Before using your appliance, carefully read the safety instructions in this
manual.
Insert a battery AAA into the remote control (see section REPLACING THE BATTERY for
more information).
Plug in the power cord.
Using the control panel or remote control :
Power ON/OFF
Press the ON/OFF button to turn on / turn off the fan.
Speed settings
Press the SPEED button to adjust the speed, 8 speeds.
Each time the button is pressed the speed will increase of one level.
The corresponding speed is displayed on the control panel.
