With this long handled frying pan you can cook your pancakes
above an open fire or barbecue. Let the open fire burn down
so that you have a nice bed of hot embers. When you use a
barbecue make sure to keep the flame low, cooking pancakes on
glowing coals is best. Keep the pancake pan some inches away
from the coals, so the pancake will not char. Use a wooden or
plastic spatula during cooking to avoid scratching the pan.
Maintenance:
Wash the pan by hand. Use hot sudsy water. Rinse with hot
water. Dry it thoroughly and immediately after washing. Oil the
pan with vegetable oil before putting it in storage.
