For accurate calibration, always use the center of the
transmitter, not the drill head.

Select Continue to
calibrate the Down band.
STEP 5 OF 8
The locator beeps three
times and displays a check
mark after a successful
calibration.
STEP 6 OF 8
Use the Above Ground Range (AGR) that displays next to check the
accuracy of your calibration. Move the locator to at least two different
distances . m and . m and verify distance readings match the
measurement.
