9. When kneading/mixing is complete, return the control knob (6) to position “0” again. Then
unplug the appliance.
10. The multifunctional head will lift when you push down the lifting latch(7).
11. The mixture can now be poured down from the mixing bowl with the help of a spatula.
12. You can remove the mixing bowl by turning it clockwise.
13. Clean the parts as described in “Cleaning”.
NOTE!:
Do not run the machine for more than six minutes with heavy mixtures; After you turn it
on, let it cool for about ten minutes.
Suggested Recipes
Cake Mixture (Easy Recipe), Level 3-4
Ingredients:
250 gr soft butter or margarine, 250 gr sugar, 1 package of vanilla, 1 pinch of salt, 4 eggs,
500 gr wheat flour, 1 package of baking soda, about 125 ml milk.
Preparation:
Put the flour and other ingredients in the mixing bowl, whisk for 30 seconds at level 1,
then at level 3 for 3 minutes. Grease the oven tray or lay down the baking sheet. Pour the
mixture into the bowl and cook. Check whether if it’s cooked or not before removing it from
the oven. Dip a toothpick into the middle of the cake. If the toothpick comes back clean, it
means the cake is cooked. Turn the cake upside down and put it on a cake plate and wait
for it to cool down.
Cooking:
175-200 °C in the oven for 50-60 minutes
You can adjust the recipe for your taste; for example, you can add 100gr raisins, 100gr
hazelnuts or 100gr grated chocolate.
