Cleaning and Maintenance of the Appliance
Detach the charging adaptor from the appliance before any maintenance operation. Clean
the surface of the vacuum cleaner and the charging adaptor with a damp soft cloth; do not
use abrasive and harsh cleaning agents! Do not dry the plastic moulds on a heat source (e.g.
a heater, electric/gas heater). Inspect the floor nozzle brush and main body handle (over the
canister) and clean them from time to time. Open the blockage and remove the waste.
Floor Nozzle, Rotating Small Turbo Brush
Wipe the floor nozzle with a damp cloth. After each vacuuming operation, inspect if any dirt
is stuck in the rotating brush. If the brush is dirty, detach it from the floor nozzle. You may
clean the brush easily now (clean it lightly under running water). After washing the roll brush,
please wipe the shaft on the end of the brush (milk-like plastic location) with a damp cloth to
prevent corrosion.
CAUTION!
Do not wash the floor nozzle directly under running water, it may cause damage to the
motor and the electronic circuit.
CAUTION!
• Maximum vacuuming effect is achieved with a clean filter and an empty canister.
• Do not use harsh cleaning agents or hot water to clean the filter. Avoid washing it harshly.
• The filter is not designed to be washed in a dishwasher.
• Cleaning of the filter does not return it to its original colour, but restores its filtering properties.
• We recommend using a dry cleaning method to retain the filtering parameters of the HEPA
filter.
• The HEPA filter cannot be washed more than once. After that, a new filter shall be purchased.
• Failure to clean the filter may cause the failure of the vacuum cleaner!
• Ensure that the contact surfaces and the sealing elements are operational.
• You may purchase spare HEPA filters from Fakir authorized services.
NOTE:
We recommend you to replace your HEPA filter every 6 months to obtain high performance
from your appliance.
Dust Canister
Wash the dust canister lightly as per the instructions specified above and ensure that it is
dried thoroughly.
