PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
When the
machine is not
working
It is not plugged in or the machine is
not started.
Plug in the power plug and
switch on the appliance
.
There is no current through the
socket.
Connect your vacuum cleaner
to another socket
that you are sure that there is
current in the socket.
The cable is damaged.
Replace the cord from
Fakir Authorized Service.
When the
appliance is not
vacuuming the
dust
Dust container is full or blocked.
Empty/clean the dust canister
.
The selected brush is not suitable
for the surface.
Replace your brush with one
suitable for the
surface.
The filter is dirty.
Clear the relevant filter.
Make sure the Cassette Filter,
HEPA, felt filter and sponge filter
are clean.
Hose, suction tube or nozzle
is clogged.
Remove the clogging. If
necessary,
you can use a long piece of
wood
for this.
If the machine
make a lot
of noise during
operation,
The vacuumed objects may be
clogging
the airway.
