Troubleshooting
Before contacting with authorized Fakir services, please consult this manual to resolve
the problem, if you cannot solve the problem, call the authorized service.
Fault
Appliance is not
working or charging
The device does not
vacuum
Appliance is making
unusually loud noises
Possible Cause
1)The battery is empty.
2)The device is off.
3)There is no power at the outlet
you use to charge.
1) Empty the dust canister.
2) Clean the filter.
1) Particles are trapped in
vacuuming parts.
Solution
1) Charge the battery.
2) Turn on the device.
3) Try another outlet.
1) The dust canister is
full.
2) The filter is dirty.
1) Remove the
particles.

Turn off the device and unplug it before troubleshooting.
