Imported Safeguards
When use electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including the following
• Read the instructions for use carefully before using your
appliance for the first time and retain them for future use:
any use which does not conform to the instructions will
absolve from any liability.
• Never leave the appliance within reach of children unless
they are supervised. The use of this appliance by young
children or by disabled persons must be supervised at all
times.
• Make sure the power rating of your appliance does in fact
match that of your electrical system.
• Your appliance is intended only for domestic use, indoors.
• Unplug your appliance as soon as you have finished using
it and when you are cleaning it.
• Unplug before inserting or removing parts.
• Do not use the appliance if it is not working correctly if it
has been damaged. If this happens, please contact an
authorized Fakir service.
• Do not open until blade stop.
• Any intervention apart from normal cleaning and mainte-
nance by customer must be performed by an authorized
Fakir Service.
• Never put the appliance, the power cord or the plug into
water or any other liquid.
• Never allow the power cord to hang down within reach of
children.
• The power cord must never be close to or in contact with
the hot parts of your appliance, close to a source of heat or
rest on a sharp edge.
• If the power cord or the plug is damaged, do not use the
appliance. To avoid any risk, these must be replaced by an
authorized Fakir Service.
