Q. The ball is on the mat, but the “READY” sign
does not show on the screen.
A. Try moving the ball to a different spot on the
mat. If you are still experiencing no read, exit
your software and start again.
Q. I see the "Ready" Sign on the screen, but it
doesn't register when I hit it.
If you are using a white-top/matte-top
driver/wood/putter. Wiz-I can detect the
reflection/white top as a golf ball which
causes this issue. Please put a piece of
masking tape on your club.
When using iron/wood, your ball placement
is too close to the teeing area. Move the
ball closer toward the golfer.
