Pot Handles:
They are used to move and carry the pressure cooker, do not
use the lid handle to carry the whole unit.

Lid Handle:
Used to remove the lid from the pressure cooker, the top of the
lid contains important components vital to the use of the pressure cooker. To
reduce the risk of burns or spills, the lid and pot handle should be positioned
so that they do not extend over adjacent surface units or overhang over the
edge of the stove top.
5.
Pressure Valve:
This pressure valve features a steam release position and
pressure setting position.
