Etape 1
: Préparer l’outil où sera soudé l’embout à souder.
Etape 2:
Souder l’embout.
Nous préconisons de souder au TIG pour une bonne fusion des 2 matières.
Etape 3:
Monter le plongeur, le ressort et bloquer la butée.
Etape 4:
Le soudage d’un outil sur un embout à souder entraîne une modifi cation de
l’entraxe entre le centre de l’outil et la clé.
Cette modifi cation entraine un changement de la valeur du couple requise.
L’utilisation d’un contrôleur de couple est donc recommandé pour re-étalonner la clé
dynamométrique.

Step 1:
Prepare the tool where the weld tip is to be welded.
Step 2:
Weld the tip.
Use TIG welding to ensure proper fusion of the 2 materials.
Step 3:
Mount the plunger, spring, and block the stop.
Step 4:
Welding a tool onto a weld-on tip modifi es the centre distance between the tool centre
and the wrench.
This modifi cation changes the torque value required.
Therefore, a torque controller must be used to recalibrate the torque wrench.
