INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Disconnect the negative terminal on the battery. Remove the original steering stabilizer cylinder from the drag link and differential
mount.
DO NOT REMOVE THE MOUNT FROM THE DRAG LINK, IT WILL BE REUSED

Take the stabilizer cylinders and press ½” sleeves into each urethane bushing.

Slide the stabilizer bracket onto the differential mount as shown below. Insert a ½” x 3” bolt through the original bolt, to help locate
the bracket. Make sure the plate with the 5/16” hole is sitting flush against the factory bracket, and mark the position with a center
punch. Move the bracket out of the way and drill out the hole using a drill with a 5/16” bit. SEE PHOTOS BELOW.

Insert the 5/16” bolt through the original bracket from rear to front. Place a 5/16” flat washer followed by a 5/16” nylock nut on the
end of the bolt. Do not fully tighten. Slide the rod end of the stabilizer cylinder into the original mount and reinstall the ½” x 3” bolt
from the bottom up, with a ½” flat washer on each side. Place a ½” nylock nut on top and hand tighten. Fully tighten the 5/16” bolt
followed by the ½” bolt. Now install the front cylinder using the ½” x 2 ½” bolt and hardware. SEE PHOTOS BELOW.
5.
Take the ½” x 6 ½” bolt and slide one flat washer on it. Insert it through the front cylinder bushing, followed by another ½” flat
washer and one spacer sleeve. Slide the bolt through the hole in the original bracket on the drag link. Slide the other spacer onto the
bolt, followed by a flat washer, the shock, another washer and a ½” nylock nut. Fully tighten all hardware.
6.
Turn the steering fully in each direction and make sure there is plenty of clearance between the cylinders and all brackets.
