Product installation
1)
Insert the tank arm (No. 40) into the fixed ring of the tank body, and tighten the top wire.
2)
Insert the fixing wheel on the wheel shaft, tighten the nut and insert the steering wheel into
the mounting hole.
3)
Insert the lifting rod component into the mounting hole, fasten the nut, then insert the lift rod
(No. 16) and joint with the limit screws and pan parts
4)
Assemble the measuring cup through the tank mounting hole, and lock the nut
5)
The vacuum generator is inserted into the center hole of the cup cover, and lock the nut
(if the measuring cup is not assembly, insert the vacuum generator to the corresponding hole
corresponding on the tank body, a lock the nut)
6)
The probe tube is inserted into the tank mounting ring, and the tool box is arranged on the
tank mounting seat
6. Oil pump - Operating method
Working principle: the air compression and vacuum generation used are specially designed. The
main components are, at the same time, the transparent cup and tank vacuum. At certain extent of
vacuum pressure, by pumping oil, the oil will be pumped into the transparent cup or tank.
Then, outside, the air pressure in the tank has to waste oil into a container, tank, etc.
1 ) Vacuum pumping

The air suction nozzle of the vacuum generator is connected with the air inlet of the
vacuum generator device. Through the purification of the compressed air, the
compressed air is pumped through the vacuum generator.

The vacuum pumping process, carefully observe the vacuum gauge pointer, when
the pointer reach the red scale region, then cut off the gas supply. Vacuum pumping
the transparent cup to complete the operation. In the case of a gas source, near the
station, you can pull the vacuum side pumping oil. (hot oil is not to be pumped by a
side).
b) The cup and oil tank with vacuum
Close all the valves in addition to lower cup ball valve. In accordance with the above
steps can be completed on the oil tank and pumped vacuum cup.
2 ) Pumping oil
