You can disable a company account by clicking Disable Account . If you disable an account,
the company users cannot log into the account. The company computers, however, continue to
be protected.
You can also associate a company account with a specific service partner by clicking Associate
Account with Partner and selecting the name of the service partner from the list. If the account
is already associated with a service partner, you can disassociate it by clicking the Diassociate
Account with Partner .
View all computers of one company
You can view all the computers of a specific company.
To view the computers:
1. Search for a company the computers of which you want to view.
2. On the search results page, on the line of the company account, under the Computers
column, click the number of computers.
The
Computers page of the company account opens and shows all the computers of the
company.
You can manage the computers by:
• assigning profiles and operations to selected computers,
• scanning the computers for malware,
• grouping the computers,
• exporting data, or
• removing selected computers from the network.
Creating profiles for a company
You can create profiles that can be assigned only to the computers of a specific company.
To create profiles for one company:
1. Search for a company for which you want to create profiles.
2. Click the company name to open the company details page.
3. On the company details page, click Show profiles for this account at the bottom of the
page.
The
Security Profiles page opens.
4. On the Security Profiles page, click Launch Profile Editor .
5.
Select a profile on which you want to base the new profile, and click .
The Profile Properties window opens.
