ROUGH GRINDING
f
The best roughing results are achieved when set-
ting the machine at an angle of 30° to 40°. Move the
machine back and forth with moderate pressure. In
this manner, the workpiece will not become too hot,
does not discolor and no grooves are formed.

Never use a cutting disc for roughing.
CUTTING
f
Do not tilt the tool while cutting.
f
Always move the tool in same direction as arrow on
tool head, in order to prevent the tool from being
pushed out of the cut in an uncontrolled manner.

Do not apply pressure on the tool; let the speed of
the cutting disc do the work.
f
The working speed of the cutting disc depends on
the material to be cut.
f
Do not brake cutting discs with side pressure.
MAINTENANCE
Regular inspection and cleaning reduces the ne -
cessity for maintenance operations and will keep
your tool in good working condition. The motor
must be correctly ventilated during tool opera-
tion. For this reason avoid blocking the air inlets.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle raw materials instead of disposing as
waste. Machine, accessories and packaging
should be sorted for environment - friendly
recycling. The plastic components are labeled
for categorized recycling.
GUARANTEE
This product is warranted in accordance with the
legal/country specific regulations, effective from
the date of purchase by the first user. Damage
attributable to normal wear and tear, overload
or improper handling will be excluded from the
guarantee. In case of a claim, please send the ma-
chine, completely assembled, to your dealer or
the service Centre for electric power tools.
