Start Work
Record Video
You will preview the video on TV or monitor when all connections are ready, press
RECORD button to record video, and REC red led will flash, it means it is recording.
Press RECORD button again to stop recording, led will be off for few seconds then light,
it means recorded video has been saved in Micro SD card or USB drive well.
Note: There are several reasons for no actions after you press RECORD button : The
input video source disconnected. The USB drive or Micro SD card is not connected well,
or they are out of memory, or the format of them is not suitable such as exFAT.
Recorded Files
You can take off USB drive or Micro SD card to connect to your computer to check the
recorded video files after you stopped recording. It is named Encode_1.mp4.
Every record/stop operation will create a different recording file: Encode_1, Encode_2,
Encode_3 … and so on.
The max size per file will be around 1.95GB, when you record a video more than 1.95GB,
ezcap181 VHSDigi2 will partition it in more than one file, for example: If you record a
longtime video by one click recording, you will see 2 or 3 files: Encode_1.mp4,
Encode_1_1.mp4, Encode_1_2.mp4 … and so on.
After long time using, you will see the number of recording file become too big, for
example Encode_234, but you want it be start from Encode_0, to do it you just keep
