Adding an Existing Device to a new phone or tablet
Troubleshooting
There are 3 methods for adding an outdoor station which has been hard-wired to the Local Area Network - or one which has
previously been added and configure via WiFi (for example, from another smart device) This process applies to both the
iOS and Android apps.

Manually Input
Ensure you are connected to the same WiFi network as the netlink before proceeding.
1. From the home screen of the APP press the icon.
2. Press Doorbell 1.
3. Press the Add Manually button, it will now scan the WiFi network for existing devices.
4. The device's unique GID will displayed in a list touch the devices unique GID number.
5. Enter the default password of 1234 (or the new password if already configured by WiFi).
6. Press
button (in the upper-right).

Problems requiring Preliminary setup or as a result of a incorrect preliminary setup

- I can view the outdoor station on WiFi at home but not on 3G/4G
- I can receive calls from the outdoor station on WiFi at home but not on 3G/4G
I used to receive notifications on my phone but not anymore
- Ensure your controlcam 2 user account is not in use on another device, each device needs its own account.
- Check that the APP is not in power saving mode in your phones settings, this APP should not be put to sleep and needs exception.
- Check the APP permissions are all set to ON through your phones settings.
I can hear the guest but it's a very low volume
- Adjust the volume up whilst monitoring the outdoor station on your phone/tablet
I cannot unlock the door using the APP or my indoor monitor
- Check your door striker for the fault
- If using an external voltage supply check for failure
The unlock time is good on one device but not others
- Each APP needs the unlock time set (page 18)
- Each outdoor station needs its unlock time set if using keypad type outdoor station (page 13)
- Each monitor needs its unlock time set if using a NON keypad type outdoor station (page 14)
I have a double ring tone outside

I have dark video and cannot get a good result from the brightness adjuster on the indoor
