EYE HORTILUX Grow Lamps
1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
EYE Lighting International of North America (“EYE Lighting”)
warrants EYE HORTILUX lamps to be free from defects in material
and workmanship provided that such lamps are operated on ballasts
and luminaries that meet all applicable ANSI specifications or, where
no ANSI specifications exist, Iwasaki Electric and EYE Lighting
specification.

3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
EYE Lighting International of North America (“EYE Lighting”)
warrants the EYE HORTILUX system from mechanical components to
be free of defects in material and workmanship if used under normal
operating conditions for period of (3) years from the original date of
purchase. If the product shows any defects within this period and
that defect is not due to user error or improper use EYE Lighting
shall, at its discretion, either replace or repair the system using
suitable new or reconditioned parts.
All warranty claims must be directed to the retail store where the
EYE HORTILUX product was purchased.
LAMP REPLACEMENT SCHEDULE
EYE HORTILUX grow lamp should be replaced on a regular basis to
maintain consistent yields and plant quality. The replacement chart
below is recommended for lamp maintenance.

REFLECTOR MAINTENANCE
Wipe down the inside of your reflector with a soft DRY cloth every
time you replace your grow lamp. Do not use any type of cleaning
agent or chemical which can produce a thin film on the reflector,
reducing performance. This will help maintain the reflector’s
efficiency and uniformity.
REFLECTOR REPLACEMENT SCHEDULE
To maintain optimal efficiency and uniformity, replace your reflector
once every 24 months. Over time dirt and dust accumulate and
deteriorate reflective material, reducing the performance and
ultimately affecting the quality and quantity of your yield.
