Installing Modules
Several types of modules can be installed in either touchpanel Cable Cubby. However, the
installation procedures are different, depending on modules and the touchpanel enclosure.
Each 525C module, which can be used only by the TLP Pro 525C series, can contain one of the
following:
•
Up to two MAAPs
•
Up to five pass-through cables
•
Up to two retractors
The following Series/2 modules can be used by both the TLP Pro 525C and TLP Pro 725C
series touchpanels.
•
Cable Cubby AC or AC + USB power modules. Power modules must be purchased
separately. See the Extron website (
) to select a power module that is
suitable for your location.
•
Retractor Triple Bracket, accommodating up to three retractors
•
Series/2 Connectivity Brackets, accommodating up to three AAPs or eight pass-through
cables.
•
Cable Quad Brackets accommodating up to four pass-through cables.
TLP Pro 525C
The 525C modules must be installed at the ends of the TLP Pro 525C enclosure.
Extron recommends either of the possible configurations shown in figure 16, although several
other configurations are possible.
