                IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE ASSEMBLY 
 

Chute Refit 
 

•

 

Refit main chute using bolts found in hinges. Make sure 10mm washers are 
reinstalled each side of hinge and 8mm washer is installed between nut and 
10mm washer. 

Filter Refit 
 

•

 

Push filter down firmly so that tube presses on white pre filter disc and tighten 
with a screwdriver. 

 
The user manual has all the information about operating the machine and trouble 
shooting. Below are the key points to stay safe and avoid jams or creating a mess. 
 
If GLS Machine has lever jack please read instruction on 

reverse

 of this sheet. 

 
Key Points 
 

•

 

Never open the machine when it is turned on or plugged in at the wall.  

•

 

Never over fill the GLS bucket or GLC Wheel Bin or use a foreign bucket or 
bin. 

•

 

Never put a bottle in before the machine is turned on. 

•

 

After the last bottle has gone through let it run for a few seconds to clear all 
particles. 

•

 

Never attempt to put in broken glass or clear a jam without using gloves. 

•

 

If you run the machine on an extension cord keep it as short as possible to. 
ensure the machine operates at its most efficient. 10-15m max. 

•

 

Keep the machine indoors. 

•

 

IMPORTANT 

always feed bottles into chute with pressure that 

fires 

bottles 

into chute rather than easing them into chute
