Cleaning and Maintenance
The unit should be cleaned with a damp soft cloth. A non-abrasive cleaning agent may be used for
stubborn stains. Ensure no liquid enters the unit.
The unit has been designed for use by people with special needs however this does NOT mean it is
unbreakable.
Troubleshooting
Note – There are a bank of 10 DIP switches one the scanner. These must not be moved from the
setting of 1 ON, 2 to 10 OFF, changing these will stop the IRiS box from controlling the scanner.
