Low weight yet generous canopy dimensions make these tents the
all-rounders. Quick and simple setup paired with details distinguish this
category.
Warranty / Service
This Exped product carries a limited 5-year warranty against defects in
materials and workmanship. Zippers are not covered by this warranty. Such
warrantable defects will be replaced or repaired at Exped’s discretion. Failure
due to normal wear, negligence or accidents can usually be repaired for a
nominal charge. Exped products are designed to be lightweight and functional,
not heavy and indestructible. Therefore, please exercise reasonable caution in
site selection and use. Understand your outdoor gear, take care of it, and take
care of the environment!
Synthetic fabrics are damaged by overexposure to UV light. Careful site
selection in the shade and avoidance of extended periods of sun exposure
(especially at high altitude) will increase the life of your tent. UV damage is not
covered under warranty.
Conservation and social responsibility
It is second nature for Exped to act in the most socially responsible and
environmentally friendly way possible.
Materials:
97% of the fabrics used are Oekotex 100 or Oekotex 1000 certified; buckles,
aluminum hooks and zippers are provided by bluesign® system partners.
Exped does not use PVC, BPA, PFOA(C8) or FR (Flame Retardants such as
Brom, Phosphor or TDCPP) except in markets where FR is required by law.
Production:
Exped cooperates exclusively with highly specialized factories offering progres-
sive working conditions. We visit all factories and many suppliers on a regular
basis and maintain a very close, long lasting and fair working relationship with
the factories, whom we consider our partners.
Packaging:
All packaging is reduced to the max, consists of cardboard instead of plastic
and is tucked instead of glued, which makes it fully recyclable.
