Setting Up and Using Your HeatSoles
The HeatSole Heated Insoles are simple to set up and operate. Every system comes supplied with a pair of
3.7v lightweight Power Packs and will normally be charged up and ready to use when received. Moving
the switch vertically will light the LED to green, which indicates that power is available and the unit is now
on.
To operate your HeatSole system, simply slip the insoles into your boots or shoes placing the insole plugs
into the power pack apertures, clipping the power packs onto your boots or the (provided) leg straps as
appropriate.
To charge your HeatSole Power Packs, connect them one at a time to the charger unit supplied. Please
ensure that the Power Pack is switched
‘On’
when being charged. The charger unit LED will light red until
charging is complete, at which time the charger LED will change to green. The unit can then be unplugged
and used normally. It will take several hours to charge each Power Pack fully, however a fast charge
offering several hours of heat can be achieved after one hour of charging each Power Pack.

The FabRoc™ heating system has been designed for safe and reliable use. It has been tested to comply
with US and European safety regulations, has been marked with the CE seal of approval and UL certified.
Safety devices are included to ensure the unit is rendered safe, even under faulty conditions.
DO NOT
replace or interfere with the electrical components in the heated insoles, the batteries or the charger unit.
DO NOT attempt to open the sealed battery units.
Batteries should be discarded in accordance to local
governmental regulations.
