Operation
Collection System Installation
Important:
Verify that the bagger mount
support brackets are installed on your unit prior
to operation.
1.
Stop engine, remove key, and wait for all moving
parts to stop. Engage parking brake.
2.
Remove hairpin and chute pivot pin. Remove
discharge deflector. Pivot pin and hair pin may be
stored in the pivot holes of the discharge deflector
during bagging operation.
3.
Insert the hopper frame into the LH hopper
mount bracket. Rest the other end of the hopper
frame between the tabs on the RH hopper mount
bracket. Install the hairpin to secure the hopper
frame.
Note:
If the hopper frame does not seat properly
in the mount brackets, carefully use the hopper
frame to slightly adjust the alignment of the
brackets. The frame is designed to initially fit tight
in the mounting brackets. It may be necessary to
use a mallet to install.
