Troubleshooting guide
The ear phones
will not switch on.
Make sure that the batteries are charged.
See the
Charging
section above.
The battery
does not
charge.
Charging case
Make sure that:
• The computer is switched on and not in
standby mode, if you are using it as a
power supply.
• The Micro-USB cable is properly connected
to both the charging case and
the computer/charger.
Earphones
Make sure that:
• The charging case is charged.
• The earphones are positioned correctly
in the charging case with their contacts
mating with the charging pins in the case.
• The lid of the charging case is properly closed.
Won’t connect
to (pair with)
the external
device.
• Place the earphones next to the device
that you are trying to connect them to.
Make sure that:
• All devices are switched on.
• The Bluetooth function is enabled on
the device you are trying to connect to.
Poor or
no sound.
• Check the volume on the connected
Bluetooth device.
• Make sure that the Bluetooth connection
has been properly established.
• Test playback from your telephone without
it being connected to your earphones to
check that it works.
• Try playback using another file or track, the one
you are attempting to play may be corrupt.
• Make sure that no other wireless devices
are disrupting your Bluetooth connection.
• Make sure that your telephone is within
the 10 m reception range of the earphones.
