產品外觀之修改、不適當安裝、使用於非限定荷重範圍內的機種，而造成之所有品質異常，亦非U.S.Brown Bear所需負之責。針對所有不當
操作及伴隨而生之危害U.S.Brown Bear將免於相關責任歸屬，U.S.Brown Bear亦無須負責非U.S.Brown Bear所屬之他方人士之修繕費用。

U.S. Brown Bear warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the product's Warranty Period. The
Warranty Period commences on the original purchase date of the product. The U.S. Brown Bear warranty Period is: Five (5) years for
Flat Panel Mounts.
For warranty claims made during the Warranty Period, U.S. Brown Bear will replace any defective product part free of charge. Should a
part on your U.S. Brown Bear product fail, call U.S. Brown Bear at 510.891.1365 to make a warranty claim. We will discuss the problem
with you and once we confirm the product is under warranty, we will ship replacement parts to you within 72 hours. This Limited
Warranty does not cover the costs of removing and replacing defective parts from your U.S. Brown Bear product. So, if your problem
requires a repair technician, you must pay any labor charges. Please see website for additional complete warranty coverage.
