Recommendation for use:
Repeat the chosen exercise 3 times for a total of 10-minute exercise time. Rest for 2 minutes between
exercises. To improve the result, increase the intensity of the vibration. Do two sets of 10-minute
exercise in a day.
Exercises:
Entire body
Stand on the foot plate with feet
shoulder-width apart
Grip the handles and keep the
legs, back and head straight
Back, buttock and calf
Stand on the foot plate with feet
shoulder-width apart
Grip the handles, bend the knees
and keep back and head straight
Lower body
Lie face down with upper body
supports on the forearms, leg
placed on foot plate as shown.
Knees, hips, back and head
should remain aligned.
Waist, stomach and thigh
Stand with one foot on the foot
plate
Hold the handles with upper
body straight.
Alternate to the other foot.
