YOUR FOUNTAIN
Congratulations on your purchase of an Exaco Endura Clay
fountain!
Your fountain is made of Endura Clay. Endura Clay is
a mixture of clay and recycled polymer that is combined
and formed under high temperature and extremely high
pressure.
Compression-injection molding allows for manufacturing
pressures of between 200-1,200 tons – giving Endura Clay
incredible strength. Products made from Endura Clay are
stronger than products made from traditional methods such
as injection molding, roto-molding, blow-molding, or wet
casting. This allows the product to be lighter and easier to
handle.
The use of recycled polymer not only helps the
environment and reduces landfill waste, but also gives
Endura Clay elasticity and impact/shatter resistance.
Advanced manufacturing and finishing techniques give
the product the ability to be made to look like ceramic,
terracotta, concrete/cast stone, natural stone and granite.
