1st cycle
• Press torch trigger 1, the gas pre-flow time elapses.
• The arc ignites.
• Welding current flows and immediately assumes the set ignition current value
(search arc at minimum setting). HF is switched off.
2nd cycle
• Release torch trigger 1.
• The welding current increases over the set Up-slope time to the main current I1.
Switching from the main current I1 to the secondary current I2:
• Press torch trigger 2
3rd cycle
• Press torch trigger 1.
• The main current falls over the set Down-slope time to the
end-crater current IE (minimum current).
4th cycle
• Release torch trigger 1, arc is extinguished.
• The set gas post-flow time elapses.
Immediate termination of the welding procedure without down-slope and end-crater current:
• Briefly press the 1st torch trigger (3rd cycle and 4th cycle).
The current drops to zero and the gas post-flow time begins..
