9) Make sure the wireless MAC filtering feature is
enabled. Remove the device from the filtered list and
make sure that the router does not prohibit the use of
smart device connections.
10) Make sure that you have entered the correct
password into the app to connect to the WiFi
network.
11) Make sure the device is ready for pairing: Blue
light flashes fast (twice per second) for fast connection
mode, flashes slow (once every two seconds) for
Access Point connection mode.
12) Repeat the application configuration process.
13) Reset the socket to
factory settings and try pairing
it again.
