a: Programs setting: To start press the program until it shows the user program(U1,U2,U3)
choose one and enter into setting.
b: Press“Mode” enter into time set,the range is 5:00-99:00
c: Press “Mode” again and Go straight to the quick speed or quick set incline button and
select your desired speed or incline , press mode and your choice will be set, the next workout
segment will flash, go through the same setup as you completed with segment one. You must
complete all 10 segments

b: Press “M” to set the heart rate, range 80-(220-age)x0.9
c: Press “M” to set the time, then you can start the treadmill

3): User heart rate-target heart rate)>30,then speed less 2km/h
4): (User heart rate-target heart rate)<30,then speed less 1km/h
