Safety lock function: 

If you pull out the safety cord the treadmill will stop immediately. All the windows display “

―――

” the 

buzzer will make a beep sound. To commence, re attach the safety key.   

 

Save on power function: 

The system has a saving function. If the treadmill is not used for 10 minutes the system will automatically 
turn off.   

You can press any button to wake up the display. 

Caution:

 

We recommend that you maintain a slow speed at the beginning of a session and hold on to the 
handrails until you become comfortable and familiar with the treadmill. 

Attach the magnet end of the safety pulling rope to the computer and also attach the clip of the safety 
cord to your clothing. 

To end your workout safely, press the PAUSE button or pull out the safety cord, then the treadmill will 
stop immediately.

 

 

EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS

 

1.  The Warm Up Phase 

This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also 
reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury. It is advisable to do a few stretching exercises as shown 
below. Each stretch should be held for approximately 30 seconds, do not force or jerk your muscles into 
a stretch - if it hurts, STOP.
