The Ravishing by Evis Blue Light Therapy Device has a 1-year repair/
replacement warranty that is limited to factory defects or damages caused
by shipping. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or
abuse, intentional or otherwise. Evis Beauty, Inc. shall have no liability for a
defective product, in any event, which exceeds the purchase price of the
product. Additionally, Evis Beauty, Inc. disclaims and shall have no liability for
general, consequential, special or incidental damages resulting from the
use of this product.
To activate your repair/replacement warranty, please complete the on-line
warranty at www.evisphototherapy/warranty.com.
If you are unable to activate your online warranty, you will still be covered under
this 1-year warranty as long as you save your invoice/sales receipt showing the
date of purchase.
Note: Shipping charges are not covered for returns and a copy of your
invoice/sales receipt must accompany the return along with a Return
Authorization Number.
