The Chronodot is a “real-time clock” (RTC)
module with precision quartz timing and battery
backup.
Two 4-pin SIL headers

be preinstalled.)

Important note:
Do not set the battery on any conductive surface,
or it will drain in a matter of minutes. (Examples: Black conductive
foam, silver anti-static bags, steel countertop, etc.)
Similarly, once the battery is installed on the module, do not set the
module on a conductive surface.
