Battery Issues
When replacing the battery, use a genuine battery.
Do not lie down near the product while it is cleaning.
• Long hair can get tangled around mops and
rotating plates.
Do not touch rotating plates or mop pads while the
product is in operation.
Do not place objects on the product or apply strong
force over it.
Be careful not to get hair, fingers, towels, and
wires caught on the rotating plate on the bottom
of the product.
If the product is caught on the threshold of a door
during cleaning and it cannot drive, pick up and
relocate the product and start cleaning again.
Do not use the product on a floor with a slope of
more than ��°.
If the product emits a strange sound, smell, or
smoke, turn off the power immediately and
contact the service center.

When cleaning the product, do not spray it directly
with water to clean it or wipe it with volatile
substances such as benzene, thinner, or alcohol.
Do not remove foreign matters by inserting
wooden or metal sticks into the product.
Remove mop pads after use and wash them
immediately. If a wet mop is left on the floor for
an extended period, it may soil or discolor the floor,
and the mop may develop a bad odor.
Boiling mop pads or washing them with bleach
or fabric softener may damage them.
Do not wash the water tank with non-neutral
detergent, vinegar, baking soda, or groundwater.
It may cause damage to the water tank or product.
After washing the water tank and mop pads with
water, dry them completely.
Residual moisture can cause an odor.
• Use mop pads after drying them completely
in sunlight.
For safety, make sure the front sensor is always
clean.
Store the product indoors between �℃ and ��℃.
Never disassemble or modify the product unless
you are a qualified repair technician.
