RCP OPERATION

5.15. MEDIA CONFIGURATION ITEMS

The

MEDIA Setup

menu controls all the parameters for individual logos and audio clips. Table 5-8

shows the items available in the

MEDIA Setup

menu. Sections 5.15.1 to 5.15.3 provide detailed

information about each of the sub-menus. Specific menu items apply to certain media types only.

To configure a specific logo exit the

Setup

menu and use the





buttons to select a particular

media item. If you want to see the logo as you are positioning it then press the

LOGO IN/OUT

key to

fade the logo in. The media key layer must be enabled for the output bus you are viewing in order for
the logo to be visible. Press the

SETUP

button to enter the

Setup

menu. Navigate to the

Media

using the





buttons, then press the

SELECT

button to enter the

Media

menu. If the media key

layer is active on the program output bus and the PGM BUS LOCK LED is ON, you will not be able to
make changes to the logo settings.

Sets the horizontal position of the selected logo

Sets the vertical position of the selected logo

Gain

Sets the opacity (inverse of transparency) for the selected logo

Fade In

Sets the fade in duration for the selected logo

Hold

Sets how long the selected logo will be displayed

Fade Out

Sets the fade out duration for the selected logo

UD Timer

Configures the up down timer for the selected logo

Rate

Sets the crawl rate for the selected crawl logo

Repeat

Sets the repeat count for the selected crawl logo

Pause

Sets the pause time between repetitions of the selected crawl logo

Font

Sets the font used to display the text on the selected crawl logo

Font Hei

Sets the font size used to display the text on the selected crawl logo

BG Opacity

Sets the background opacity for the selected crawl logo

FG Opacity

Sets the font opacity for the selected crawl logo

Crawl BG

Sets the colour of the background for the selected crawl logo

Crawl FG

Sets the font colour for the selected crawl logo

CL Repeat

Sets the repeat count for the selected audio clip

CL config

Directs the customer to configure the audio clip through the HTML
