5.13. TEMPERATURE CONFIGURATION ITEMS

The 7825DSK2-LG(-HD)(-3G) has the ability to insert a logo that displays the current local
temperature. The

Temperature

setup menu is used to configure parameters relating to these types of

logos. The following section provides detailed information about each of the sub-menu items:

Temperature Source

Configures the source of the temperature

Temperature Format

Configures the format of the temperature

Set Temperature

Sets the static temperature

Temp Read Loss

Configures the behaviour on the loss of the temperature source

Setting the Temperature Source

Temperature

This menu item is used to select the source of the temperature that will be
displayed in temperature type logos.

Probe

to take the temperature from the optional temperature

probe.

See section 2.9 for more information on using the temperature probe.

to manually set the temperature via the

to take the temperature from METAR data acquired via the
