Troubleshooting: 

1.

 

Why the CamTool complain “Tf5x0IPCam.hex does not exist”. 

Answer: It means it can not find the firmware on the Firmware locations 

appear on CamTool. 

2.

 

The steps to RESET this EAN600 camera back to manufactory’s setting as: 

a.

 

Power Off the EAN600 camera 

b.

 

Connect “RS232 TX” and “RS232 RX” with a wire (marked with 

red lines in the following pictures) 

 

 

c.

 

Power on the EAN600 camera 

d.

 

Wait for 10 seconds 

e.

 

Power OFF the EAN600 

f.

 

Remove the wires 

g.

 

Power ON EAN600
