Installation with Seat Belt

1. Disconnect  tether 

hook from the back 

of the child restraint.

Tether Strap

2. Place the child 

restraint in position. 

Set child restraint on 

vehicle seat in  

forward-facing position. 

Lay the tether strap over 

the back of the vehicle 

seat.

3. Route vehicle seat 

belt through belt 

path and buckle it, 

as shown. 

Note:

 Lift seat pad away 

from seat for easier 

access. Make sure 

vehicle seat belt lies flat 

without twisting.

Belt Path

IMPORTANT:

 If you are using the vehicle seat belt to 

secure the child restraint, 

DO NOT

 use the lower anchor 

connector assembly.
