2. Secure child to the carrier.

Harness straps are at, or below, shoulder level (p. 39).
Both buckle tongues are fastened (p. 75).
Chest clip is connected and positioned at armpit
level (p. 76).
Harness straps are snug against the child and you
should not be able to pinch the harness (p. 76).
Crotch strap is snug against the child but
NOT
under the child’s bottom (p. 83).
Waist straps are snug against the child but
NOT
under the child’s legs (p. 87).
3. Check your work.
The convenience base does
