The Parent’s Unit receives sound from the Baby’s Unit (transmitter) and is
powered either by three AAA batteries or by an AC adapter which is included.

1.

Check the channel switch.  Ensure the Baby’s Unit is set to the same channel
as the Parent’s Unit.

2.

Move to a room away from the Baby’s Unit.

3.

Place the Parent’s Unit where you can easily monitor it by sight or sound.
You can use the Parent’s unit three ways:
   

 When using batteries, place it where you can easily see or hear it.

   

 When using batteries, wear it using the belt clip.

   

 When using the adapter, plug it into a standard wall outlet.

Turn on the Parent’s Unit by rotating the 

ON/OFF

 Volume Control; adjust

the volume.  The Power Light will glow green.

Turn 

OFF

 the Parent’s Unit when not in use.

6.

Have someone speak into the Baby’s Unit to verify sound transmission.
