Do not blend hard foods in the
processor. Use the steam + blend
function for hard foods such as
carrots and potatoes. Use only the
blend function for soft foods such as
bananas and berries. See page 18.
Use the correct quantity of water.
Check the food is not above of the
maximum level in the bowl, in order
to avoid spillages.
Avoid contact with moving parts.
Never remove the top lid while
blender is working.
Blades are sharp, handle carefully.
Hold blades of the plastic support,
wash them with water and brush to
avoid cuts.
Be careful if any hot liquid spills
inside the food processor, as it may
discharge from the appliance form
sudden steam.
The appliance should be always be
disconnected from the main supply if
it is not being used, before its
assembly and disassembly or
cleaning.
The use of the appliance is not
permitted for children without the
supervision of an adult.
Do not use the appliance if the
revolving shaft or the protective
covering is damaged or has visible
cracks.
The blender is to only be used with
the base that comes with it.
Be sure that blender is turned off
before removing it from its base.
Always turn off the appliance and
disconnect it from the main supply
before changing the accessories or
coming close to parts that move
during the use of the appliance.
Do not use more than 20 ml of water.
Use the quantity of water
recommended in the table of
references to prevent overheating,
inefficiency in the product or spillages.
Do not allow warming foods for long
periods, do not warm for more than 5
min. See page 20.
Keep out of the appliance of 30 cm
while it is working. The steam that
comes out from, is very hot and it could
cause burns.
